Suzanne is responsible for the development and delivery of marketing and communications activity, and the management of a central team, for the University's Gardens, Libraries and Museums (GLAM). This includes leading visitor marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives; external relations, media handling and public relations for cross-divisional and high-profile activity; and internal communications for shared projects and services. She chairs the monthly meeting of GLAM communications and marketing officers.
